PSP Advances Employee Engagement Through Townhall Meeting, Strengthening People Development for Sustainable Growth

P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP) continues to strengthen its workforce and drive organizational development by placing employee engagement at the heart of its people strategy. The company remains committed to listening to employee feedback and valuing their perspectives, using insights from Employee Engagement Surveys to develop more effective approaches to employee care and enhance the overall employee experience. Through these efforts, PSP aims to foster a positive and inclusive workplace that encourages participation, supports professional development, and enables employees to grow alongside the organization sustainably.
On September 14, 2026, PSP held the Townhall Meeting (Employee Engagement Survey 2026) at the Rajanakarn Building in Bangkok, with the session also broadcast online via Microsoft Teams. The meeting was led by Mr. Sakesan Krongphanich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Phittida Khongmuak, People and Organization Excellence Director. The session focused on communicating the company’s approach to employee engagement, strengthening employees’ understanding of its importance, and encouraging shared perspectives on how employee feedback and workplace experiences can be translated into meaningful organizational improvements.
Building on the insights gathered through the 2024 Employee Engagement Survey, the initiative seeks to gain a comprehensive understanding of employees’ opinions, feelings, and experiences at work. These insights help PSP identify organizational strengths to build upon and areas requiring further development. The findings also inform employee support initiatives and organizational development plans, with a focus on promoting workplace well-being and engagement while continuously improving work processes and overall organizational effectiveness.
Mr. Sakesan Krongphanich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, said:
“PSP’s growth begins with its people, who are a key strength in driving the organization’s long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth. We therefore place great importance on listening to employee feedback through the Engagement Survey to understand both our strengths and areas for improvement. The insights gained enable us to build on what we do well and address ongoing challenges, supporting the continuous development of both our people and the organization.”
Based on employee feedback, PSP has identified five key areas for development to enhance the employee experience and better support employees’ needs and long-term career growth:
1. Clear Communication of Goals and Work ExpectationsEnsuring employees understand organizational goals, individual responsibilities, and shared work directions, enabling them to plan effectively and align their contributions with team and company objectives.
2. Stronger Team Relationships and CommunicationEncouraging open communication, the exchange of ideas, and collaboration between colleagues and managers to build mutual understanding, reduce workplace misunderstandings, and strengthen team relationships.
3. Employee Well-being and a Positive Work EnvironmentPrioritizing employees’ physical and mental well-being while fostering a supportive work environment and a healthy work-life balance, enabling employees to work happily and effectively.
4. Learning and Career DevelopmentSupporting the development of job-related knowledge and skills while creating opportunities for continuous learning and capability building, helping employees adapt to change and pursue career growth alongside the organization.
5. Recognition and Appreciation of Employee ContributionsRecognizing employees’ dedication, capabilities, and achievements at both individual and team levels to strengthen motivation, foster pride, and reinforce employees’ sense of contribution to the organization’s success.
In addition to using survey insights to guide its development initiatives, PSP continues to implement activities that promote employee well-being and engagement. These include initiatives aligned with the Happy 8 framework, which supports well-being across various aspects of life, as well as individual and team employee recognition programs that acknowledge employees’ dedication and achievements. Together, these initiatives contribute to a positive employee experience, helping employees feel valued and take pride in being part of the organization.
Ms. Phittida Khongmuak, People and Organization Excellence Director, concluded:
“PSP is committed to continuously building on employee feedback, from gathering and analyzing insights to defining development approaches and implementing initiatives that respond to employees’ needs. We also encourage employee participation and monitor progress to further improve our people initiatives. Alongside fostering a positive work environment, we remain focused on developing employee capabilities and supporting high-quality performance. Through these efforts, we aim to strengthen employee engagement and create opportunities for our people to grow with the organization over the long term, driving PSP toward stable and sustainable growth together.”
By placing people at the center of organizational development, PSP continues to foster a workplace where employees are encouraged to participate, develop their capabilities, and grow together with the company. This commitment reflects PSP’s ongoing efforts to build a stronger organization and achieve sustainable growth through the collective contributions of its people.
