Announcement on Dividend Payment for the year 2023 (Dated May 18, 2024)
The 2024 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (“the Company”) held on April 23, 2024, approved the dividend payment for the year 2023 to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.15 per share. Such dividend payment will be made to the shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive dividends according to the Company’s Articles of Association and whose names appear in the shareholder register book as of the date on which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined on March 13, 2024. The dividend payment shall be made on May 20, 2024.
