PSP Contributes THB 1 Million to Support Construction of New School Building at Samutsakhonwittayalai School

P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP) continues to promote sustainable development in the social dimension by supporting educational infrastructure development projects. The Company has contributed THB 1 million toward the construction of a new school building at Samutsakhonwittayalai School to accommodate the growing number of students and enhance the educational environment to be more prepared, standardized, and safe.

This initiative reinforces the role of the private sector in advancing the quality of education in Thailand, which is a key factor in the long-term development of the nation’s human capital. It also reflects PSP’s commitment to growing alongside local communities and society through the creation of shared value and active participation in improving quality of life sustainably across all dimensions.

Mr. Sakesan Krongphanich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP), stated that the Company had contributed THB 1 million to support the construction of a new school building for Samutsakhonwittayalai School, an educational institution located near the Company’s manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

The contribution aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, which promotes inclusive and equitable access to quality education, and SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, which focuses on strengthening sustainable communities. The project reflects PSP’s commitment to growing together with communities surrounding its operational areas by prioritizing improvements in quality of life, education, and community well-being, thereby helping build a strong social foundation and supporting long-term sustainable development.

The new school building project is designed as a four-storey reinforced concrete structure with an open ground floor under the standard model 324 L./55-B (earthquake-resistant design). The building will accommodate a total of 24 classrooms, with a total construction budget of THB 28.14 million. Samutsakhonwittayalai School has received primary funding support from the Samut Sakhon Provincial Administrative Organization, while additional support is being sought from various sectors to ensure the project is completed successfully.
