PSP and Group Companies Achieve Carbon Footprint Certification for the Third Consecutive Year Strengthening Internationally Recognized ESG Data Credibility and Enhancing Competitiveness in the Low-Carbon Economy Advancing Towards a Green Supply Chain

P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP) has successfully undergone verification and received the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO) for the third consecutive year. Recycle Engineering Co., Ltd. (RE), a PSP Group company, has also received CFO certification, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to accurate, transparent, and internationally aligned greenhouse gas measurement, reporting, and verification practices.

The certification represents an important advantage in competing in the evolving low-carbon economy, both in Thailand and across PSP’s export markets spanning more than 50 countries worldwide. PSP continues to strengthen its sustainability data management and analytics through Artificial Intelligence (AI) while advancing toward its Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions target by 2050. At the same time, the Company is committed to being a responsible partner and contributing to sustainability throughout the value chain, while driving tangible sustainability practices across the PSP Group.

Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP), a leading provider of integrated lubricant product solutions, said that the Company has successfully undergone verification of its organizational greenhouse gas emissions by an accredited verification body and has registered for Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification with TGO for the third consecutive year, covering the operations of its offices and manufacturing facilities.

PSP recently received the CFO certification certificate from Dr. Wijarn Simachaya, Chairman Board of Director the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization, at the Carbon Label Certification Ceremony held at the Thailand Institute of Justice.

The certification confirms that PSP’s systems for collecting, measuring, and reporting greenhouse gas emissions are accurate, transparent, and aligned with established standards. This follows the Company’s previous CFO certification and its organizational-level certification under ISO 14064-1, an international standard for the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals. PSP has continuously prepared and reported its organizational carbon footprint since 2023

As global trade rules increasingly place greater emphasis on the low-carbon economy including the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and sustainability requirements across global supply chains the credibility of independently verified greenhouse gas data has become an important factor in business competitiveness. PSP’s consecutive CFO certifications therefore represent not only an enhancement of its environmental management standards, but also an important enabler for the Company’s export markets, which currently extend to more than 50 countries across five continents.

PSP is also advancing its sustainability data management by transitioning from document-based data collection to a digital platform. In 2027, the Company plans to deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support the analysis and processing of greenhouse gas emissions data, enabling more informed strategic decision-making and strengthening its readiness for internationally recognized assessments such as the FTSE Russell ESG Scores.

At the same time, accurate emissions data at the activity level is being used to develop practical energy-efficiency measures across manufacturing processes. In 2025, PSP reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by 10,143 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e), representing a 4.59% reduction from the 2024 baseline year.

PSP continues to implement measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, including a project to reduce operating hours of its chiller pumps, which saves more than 23,000 kWh of electricity per year. The Company has also optimized production air pressure from 7.0 bar to 6.2 bar and adjusted the temperature settings of its Hot Oil system, resulting in annual thermal energy savings of more than 290,000 megajoules.

In addition, PSP continues to develop products under its Low-Carbon concept to support greenhouse gas emissions reduction among industrial customers. In 2026, the Company established a Green Procurement approach across its value chain to further integrate environmental considerations into its procurement processes. This initiative forms an important part of PSP’s journey toward becoming a Green Supply Chain, aligned with its targets of achieving Zero Landfill by 2029, reducing energy consumption by 5% by 2030, and reaching Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.

These initiatives focus on improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, while integrating environmental considerations into business operations and the broader value chain.
