P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited Welcomes Deputy Commander of the Investigation Division, Provincial Police Region 7, and the Fuel Crime Suppression Center for Fuel Distribution Terminal Assessment

On 23 March 2025, executives of P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP) welcomed Pol. Col. Torwong Pitakgosol, Deputy Commander of the Investigation Division, Provincial Police Region 7, together with representatives from the Fuel Crime Suppression Center of the Royal Thai Police (FCC), during their visit to PSP’s fuel distribution terminal in Samut Sakhon Province.The delegation also included Mr. Amporn Wailom, Samut Sakhon Provincial Energy Officer. Other members were Pol. Col. Pichetpong Chaengkhaikhom, Deputy Commander of Samut Sakhon Provincial Police; Mr. Ronnakrit Udomsukgosol, Director of the Damrongtham Center Group of Samut Sakhon Province; and Ms. Saiphet Jangkajit, Samut Sakhon Public Relations Officer. Representatives came from the Samut Sakhon Provincial Commerce Office, district administrative officials, and officers from the Fuel Crime Suppression Center of the Royal Thai Police.
The visit was conducted in accordance with government directives to monitor the fuel supply situation, including fuel inventory levels, fuel intake volumes, and fuel distribution to jobbers and fuel service stations, in order to prevent fuel stockpiling.
The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Narongsak Yensakul, Chief Operating Officer – Terminal, Engineering and Safety, together with PSP personnel.
Following the assessment, officials confirmed that PSP’s fuel distribution terminal operates solely as a fuel receiving and distribution service provider. The terminal has a maximum fuel distribution capacity of up to 15 million litres per day and is currently capable of accommodating 3–4 vessels per day. The facility maintains an average fuel inventory of approximately 6–7 million litres, which is sufficient to support operations for 1–2 days. The Company does not participate in or determine fuel pricing in any manner.
PSP provides fuel distribution services in accordance with customer requirements through its Terminalling Automation System (TAS), an automated platform designed to manage the entire fuel handling process, including receiving, storage, and distribution operations.
The system enables real-time fuel monitoring and supports high-quality operational management, allowing the Company to accurately calculate and manage fuel distribution volumes to ensure precise and efficient delivery to customers.
